Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number, receipt, etc.).
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@pizzlee.com. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns (within Vietnam and the United States): Return shipping costs will be paid by us.
- International Returns: Return shipping costs will be paid by us.
