  Made just for you? That makes them one of a kind and non-returnable.

• Gift Cards
  Once they’re yours, they’re yours for good.

• Final Sale Items
  If it’s marked “non-returnable” at checkout, it’s a done deal.

How to Send It Back

   We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address. Hold off on shipping until you receive this info.

3. Pack It Up
   Place the item in its original packaging, including accessories and manuals. Use a sturdy box to keep it safe during transit.

4. Ship It
   Use a tracked shipping service and send it our way. Be sure to hold on to the receipt—it’s your proof the package is on its way to us.

Refunds: What You’ll Get Back

  Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. If everything checks out, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You’ll get an email when it’s done.

  You’ll get the full product price back. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake—like sending the wrong item or a defective one.
